Sit less

"Sitting for a long time hurts the flesh." Some elderly people are addicted to TV and mahjong, and drive cars when they go out. Sitting for a long time will cause blood vessel stagnation and poor blood circulation, leading to atrophy and swelling of the lower limbs, vascular spasm, cyanosis, and difficulty walking. This is medically known as lower extremity venous thrombosis. Therefore, the elderly should try to move their limbs as much as possible, walk more, and participate in appropriate cultural and sports activities to avoid aging of their legs before they get old.
