The 5 most common cancers are actually self-inflicted

Gastric cancer and esophageal cancer: a high-calorie, high-salt diet; eating stale or contaminated food, pickled, smoked, or fried food; eating hard, overheated, scalded, or spicy (liquor, garlic, vinegar, chili) food and sauerkraut can induce esophageal cancer. Among them, pickled food contains too much salt and a large amount of nitrite, which can easily induce stomach cancer; it and aflatoxin (moldy food) and benzopyrene (in cigarettes) are the three most recognized carcinogens in the world.

Colorectal cancer: long-term high-fat, low-fiber diet. The staple food is eaten too finely, and the intake of coarse grains and whole grains is too little. Nowadays, more and more people like to eat Western food and red meat, which leads to an increasing number of colorectal cancer patients in our country.

Liver cancer: Alcoholics as well as patients with viral hepatitis and fatty liver. Their risk of developing liver cancer is 150 times that of normal people, and one quarter of middle-aged and young men aged 30 to 40 in my country are diagnosed with fatty liver.

Prostate cancer: Drinking large amounts of alcohol causes pelvic congestion, which increases the pressure on the prostate. A Western lifestyle such as eating more red meat, irregular work and rest, and staying up late can also increase the risk of prostate cancer.

Lung cancer: smoking. Among malignant tumors, lung cancer ranks first in incidence and mortality, with one in every four male cancer patients suffering from lung cancer. The incidence rate is highest among men with a smoking history of 30-40 years.

Other lifestyles, such as frequently traveling by car or elevator, and lack of exercise are "friends" of colorectal cancer; breathing exhaust fumes from cars on busy streets is a cause of lung cancer; in addition, with social pressure becoming increasingly severe today, a cheerful and peaceful attitude is also very important, and scientific research has shown a certain correlation between human emotions and the occurrence of cancer. People with depressed personalities and those who often sulk after meals are prone to stomach cancer, and those with a bad temper are prone to liver cancer.
