1. Headaches Headaches are not a trivial matter

Symptoms: The head often has throbbing pain, or it feels like something is wrapped around the head, causing a twisting pain, accompanied by dizziness.

Causes: Excessive use of eyes at work, focusing on the screen for a long time, lack of sleep, and too much stress are all direct causes of headaches. In addition, incorrect posture, intense work pace and too much sleep may also cause headaches.

Relax your mind and body, close your eyes occasionally or go outside and do some simple stretching exercises. Open a window to ventilate the room, or step away from your desk and put on headphones to listen to music. Don't take painkillers randomly when you have a headache. That will only numb your sense of pain and damage your brain nerves, but it won't solve the underlying problem.

2. Neck and shoulder pain

Symptoms include stiff neck, numbness and soreness in shoulders, and mental depression.

The reason is that lack of exercise and heavy stress cause muscle tension, poor blood circulation, and congestion in muscle capillaries.

When you feel muscle soreness and tension, it is best to take a bath before going to bed every day to warm the affected area. Avoid maintaining the same posture for a long time, do not let your shoulders get cold, relieve stress appropriately, do appropriate exercises and shoulder massage.

3. Low back pain

In addition to pain, the symptoms include waist becoming heavy, swollen, and hard. In severe cases, the patient cannot get out of bed.

The reason is that women are more prone to low back pain than men because the organs in women's pelvis are more complex than those in men and the spine bears too much burden, making them more susceptible to low back pain.

The solution for mild back pain is to massage or stretch your muscles and rest well. If the lower back pain is severe, do not massage it forcefully. Instead, you can take a bath or use an electric heater to warm your lower back and promote blood flow.

4. Eye fatigue

Symptoms include heavy and stinging eyelids, difficulty seeing the text on the computer screen at dusk, and in severe cases, feeling like vomiting.

5. Paralysis of hands and feet

Symptoms: Loss of feeling or tingling in the hands and feet, which is worse in an air-conditioned room.

Cause: Muscle tension.

Solution: Pay attention to the height of the chair and the table. Adjust the chair to a height where your hands can naturally rest on the table. Avoid exposing your hands and feet to direct wind.

6. Chronic gastritis

Symptoms: Loss of appetite, nausea, and a sinking feeling in the stomach before and after eating.

Causes: heavy stress, lack of sleep, and overeating.

Solution: Take appropriate amount of stomach medicine and get enough rest.

Pay attention to strengthening prevention: 1) Chew food slowly 2) Do not be picky eaters and absorb balanced nutrition 3) Reduce stress 4) Avoid mental stress 5) Quit smoking and drinking.

7. Constipation

Symptoms: If you have not had a bowel movement for 2 to 3 days but do not feel any discomfort, this is not constipation. If you have not had a bowel movement for only one day but feel uncomfortable, this is constipation.

Reason: Women are more prone to constipation than men. Constipation can cause rough skin, irritability, and a higher risk of hemorrhoids, so it must be resolved quickly. If young women suffer from this disease, all they need to do is change their lifestyle habits.

8. Chronic diarrhea

Symptoms: Fever and continued weight loss.

Causes Stress is a major cause of diarrhea.

Solution If diarrhea persists, it may lead to dehydration. So drink more water and stay hydrated. Be careful not to drink cold water and take some antidiarrhea medicine appropriately. Eat less or no fried or greasy food.

9. Ulcers

Symptoms of gastric ulcer: easy fatigue, chest pain, vomiting blood, blood in stool. Duodenal ulcer - stomach pain and nausea when hungry.

The reason is heavy stress and irregular eating habits.

The solution is to arrange your life well, eat at regular times and in regular amounts, actively cooperate with the doctor's guidance for treatment, and keep a good mood.
