Practical emergency measures for illnesses in life

Practical emergency measures for illnesses in life

Symptom 1: Increased body temperature

Place a bottle of cold water under your knees and rub vinegar on your neck and shoulders. Alternatively, you can eat 2-3 oranges or use 1 bitter grapefruit instead, because the right amount of vitamin C can also reduce fever.

Symptom 2: Sore throat

If your tonsils are inflamed, boil an egg (without peeling it, as this will keep it warm), wrap it in a towel and place it on the affected area for 10 minutes. Or you can use a simple and effective mouthwash. The method is as follows: add a teaspoon of salt and 10 drops of iodine to a cup of hot water. Iodine can also be replaced with white wine.

Symptom 3: Severe cold

Mix equal amounts of onion juice and cold boiled water and apply it to the nose three times every hour. Aloe vera juice is also very effective. You can drip the juice from freshly broken twigs directly into the nose.

Symptom 4: Indigestion

If you don't have activated carbon at home, just drink a raw egg, which is a good absorbent. Mint is a natural antispasmodic, and mint gum or mint fruit candy can relieve discomfort.

Symptom 5: Sudden onset of kidney or liver disease

To cleanse your kidneys, drink two glasses of warm water and wrap a scarf around your waist. At the same time, nephrologists recommend that when you have lower back pain, you can sit with a hot water bottle between your feet for half an hour to an hour. If your liver is feeling uncomfortable, drink some fennel soup and putting a hot water bottle on your liver will also help.

Symptom 6: Splitting headache

If you have a lemon on hand, that's great! You can apply a few drops of lemon juice to your temples. Citric acid can dilate blood vessels and the spasm will disappear. Then massage the cervical vertebrae at the back of the neck.

Symptom 7: Drop in blood pressure, dizziness

Don't lie down or close your eyes; sit down and massage your temples. Drink medium-strength hot coffee or strong sweetened black tea, and it would be even better if you add mint.

Symptom 8: Toothache

You can rinse your mouth with warm water with alkali added (one teaspoon of alkali per cup of water), or place a cut garlic clove on the aching tooth. In an emergency, you can also place cotton wool soaked in vasodilator on the painful tooth.
