1. Don’t take a hot bath just before going to bed

2. Be sure to disinfect before renting a house

If you are still a renter, then you must be careful! Because "second-hand houses" are the source of most disease transmission, especially in spring when the virus is most easily transmitted. In China, almost no property owner will disinfect the house before renting it out, and mites, influenza virus, hepatitis B virus, mold, etc. can survive for a long time at room temperature. Especially places such as walls, beds, wardrobes, toilets, and sinks must be carefully disinfected. As for air conditioners, washing machines, and water dispensers, special personnel must be hired to disinfect them.



3. Don’t exercise in a gym with bad air

6. Brush your teeth at noon

You insist on brushing your teeth every morning and evening, but the reproduction rate of bacteria in your mouth during sleep is actually only 60% of that during the day. In other words, your mouth also needs care during the day, and you should brush your teeth at noon, especially after a nap. But don't brush your teeth immediately after a meal. 7. Do not drink alcohol while taking the medicine

8. Always wash your face with warm water
