Can breast acne be cured

Many people may not have heard of the disease called breast hyperplasia. In fact, this disease is what people often call breast hyperplasia, but the term in traditional Chinese medicine is completely different. If it occurs, it will definitely take a long period of conditioning before it can get better. In this case, there is no way to completely cure it in a short period of time, and if it is not treated in time, it will cause other sequelae.

There are many types of breast cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Some are divided into two types, some are divided into three types, up to four types, five types, six types, seven types, and even more. Some are too simple, some are too complicated. But they are nothing more than liver depression and qi stagnation, qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation, Chong and Ren disharmony, spleen and kidney yang deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency, qi and blood deficiency and so on. Although the opinions of different schools are not entirely consistent, the pathogenesis of the disease is inseparable from the above-mentioned viewpoints. Dr. Li Jimin treats breast hyperplasia by classifying it into four types clinically.

1. Liver depression and qi stagnation: Liver depression causes discomfort, breast fullness, lumps and pain that increase and decrease with joy or anger, sometimes with stabbing pain, distension and pain in the flanks, bitter taste in the mouth and irritability, pale tongue with a thin white coating, and a stringy or fine pulse. Prescription: Chaihu Shugan San (from Jingyue Quanshu) with modifications.

2. Chong and Ren disorders: breast lumps, dull pain or stabbing pain, pain in a specific location. The lump increases significantly before menstruation, decreases and softens after menstruation, or is accompanied by symptoms such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, and infertility. The tongue is pale red with white coating, and the pulse is thready and moist. Prescription: Guishen Decoction (Jingyue Complete Works) with modifications.

3. Spleen deficiency and phlegm stagnation: The breast lump is larger but grows slowly, is hard and painful, has a smooth surface, can be moved by pushing, has clear boundaries, and the breast shape remains unchanged. The tongue coating is thin white and the pulse is stringy and slippery. Prescription: Liushen Quanxie Pills (Secret Records of Surgery) with modifications.

4. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis: Breast lumps last for a long time, stabbing pain or dull pain, and the pain is fixed. Accompanied by low back pain and fatigue, scanty and light-colored menstruation, or amenorrhea, infertility and other symptoms. The tongue is dark or has petechiae on the edges, the tongue coating is thin white, and the pulse is deep and fine. Prescription: Shenyan Rupi Decoction (from "Medical Collection of Li Jimin") with modifications.

2. Acupuncture treatment

Treatment method: Regulate Qi, resolve phlegm and disperse nodules, regulate Chong and Ren meridians. The main acupoints are on the Foot Yangming and Foot Jueyin meridians.

Main acupoints: Rugen, Renying, Tanzhong, Men, Zusanli

Acupoint combination: For patients with qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation, add Neiguan and Taichong; for patients with Chong and Ren disorders, add Xuehai and Sanyinjiao.

Operation: All acupoints are treated with drainage method. Both Rugen and Tanzhong can be pierced obliquely or horizontally toward the direction of the breast lump. When needling Renying, the carotid artery should be avoided and the needling should not be too deep.
