Facial spots reveal the health of the five internal organs

They grow on both sides of the forehead and temples. This is the area where the gallbladder meridians run on both sides. If there is chloasma, it is often caused by liver and gallbladder dysfunction, liver depression and qi stagnation, and there are often symptoms of weakened digestive function and insomnia.

Grows in the middle of the nose bridge. The middle part of the nose bridge corresponds to the liver and gallbladder. A pale yellow complexion and chloasma in the middle of the nose are often related to liver qi stagnation, emotional frustration or mental stress. They indicate that the liver fails to release qi and the liver and gallbladder are stagnant, and one should be alert to fatty liver and liver and gallbladder diseases.

Traditional Chinese Medicine for Detoxification of Liver:

Massage Taichong acupoint to effectively remove liver toxins

Taichong point is an important acupoint for nourishing the liver. It is located in the depression anterior to the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones on the dorsum of the foot. Use your thumb to massage for 3-5 minutes until you feel a slight soreness. Do not use too much force and press alternately with your feet.

Liver Detox Diet

1. Eat green foods. According to the Five Elements Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, green foods can promote the flow of liver qi, and have a good effect in soothing the liver, relieving depression, and alleviating emotions. Chinese medicine experts recommend green oranges or lemons, which can be made into green orange juice or green lemon water with the skin on and drunk directly.

2. Wolfberry. It has a good effect on protecting the liver and can improve the liver's tolerance to toxins. It is best to chew it when eating, and eat a small handful every day.

Grows under the outer corner of the eye. The area below the outer canthus corresponds to the neck, shoulders and upper limbs. The appearance of chloasma here indicates that the shoulder joint has been attacked by wind and cold or that the neck and shoulder muscles are strained. There are often symptoms of stiffness and soreness in the neck and shoulders, so you must be alert to neck and shoulder diseases.

Exercise neck and shoulder muscles:

Stand at attention: put your heels together, tighten your buttocks and abdomen, keep your hands close to your thighs, straighten your chest and pull your shoulders down, raise your head slightly, look forward, and count to 10 silently in your mind. This movement is also called spinal exercise, which can adjust and exercise the muscles of the entire neck, waist, back and legs.

Exercise for the posterior cervical muscles: Cross your hands on the back of your occipital bone, pull your arms forward and push your head back as hard as possible until you feel the muscles in the back of your neck tighten. Maintain the palm-neck confrontation for 15 seconds and then relax, and repeat 5 times. This movement can be performed at any time, including when standing or sitting in a car. Strengthening the posterior cervical muscles is the main reason for preventing and treating cervical spondylosis, and can prevent the deterioration of diseases such as herniated disc and bone spurs.

Grows on both cheekbones. The center of the two zygomatic areas is where the small intestine meridian runs, the outer sides of the two zygomatic areas are the corresponding areas of the kidneys, and the upper part is where the triple burner meridian runs. Chloasma on the cheekbones is often accompanied by shortness of breath, fatigue, palpitations, chest tightness, decreased digestive function, and even symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal distension, and diarrhea. It is a manifestation of weakened digestive system and heart function. Chloasma or senile plaques from the cheekbones to the front of and above the ears indicate kidney qi deficiency, poor qi movement in the triple burner, and lipid metabolism disorder.
