At the same time, you should pay attention to improving your living and working environment, strengthen personal protection, avoid inhaling dry and dusty air; quit smoking and drinking, and get rid of the bad habit of picking your nose; keep your nasal cavity clean and moist; eat more foods rich in vitamins, and keep your bowels open; eat less spicy, fried and other irritating foods, and eat more pineapple beer, aged vinegar, wild chrysanthemum, and purple cabbage.
