Sit on a chair with a back less often.

Reason: The chair with a backrest is a common small piece of furniture nowadays, but with the emergence of the chair with a backrest, the chair without a backrest has been gradually forgotten. Our bodies are not designed to sit in regular straight-backed chairs. When standing or sitting in a backless chair, the abdominal muscles are at work, helping the spine support our weight. When you sit in a reclining chair, these muscles are relaxed and only the spine bears the weight of the entire upper body. Wait 10 minutes after a meal before brushing your teeth.

Incorrect habits: Brushing teeth after eating is a good habit, but some people can’t wait to brush their teeth right after a meal, some people remember to brush their teeth a long time after a meal, and some people even brush their teeth no matter what they eat. If you don't have the correct scientific knowledge, these brushing methods may be detrimental to your dental health.

Recommendation: Rinsing your mouth or brushing your teeth about 10 minutes after a meal can effectively reduce the chance of tooth decay. But there are exceptions. For example, after eating sour food, it is best to rinse your mouth with clean water immediately and brush your teeth carefully after half an hour. Because acidic substances can soften the enamel on the surface of teeth, if you brush your teeth immediately at this time, the mechanical friction of the toothbrush will damage the enamel, which will harm the health of the teeth.
