Introduction to hemorrhagic disease examination items

Introduction to hemorrhagic disease examination items

In life, there are many issues that need attention, especially people's physical health, which also needs self-protection. Health preservation has become a topic for many people. There are many ways to preserve health, such as diet and life care, but it is still inevitable that people suffer from some diseases. Therefore, if you are worried about the disease, you should go to the hospital for examination in time. How to do the examination of hemorrhagic diseases?

Many people do not know much about the examination for hemorrhagic diseases, and when such problems arise, they are relatively blind and do not know what to do. The following is a detailed introduction so that we can have more understanding of such problems.

Bleeding disorder tests:

1. Platelet count (PLT)

[Normal reference value]

100~300×109/L (100,000-300,000/mm3).

[Clinical significance]

Increased platelet count is seen in thrombocythaemia, after splenectomy, acute infection, hemolysis, fracture, etc.

A decrease in platelet count is seen in aplastic anemia, acute leukemia, acute radiation sickness, primary or secondary thrombocytopenic purpura, hypersplenism, uremia, etc.

2. Bleeding time measurement (BT)

[Normal reference value]

Paper strip method: 1 to 5 minutes.

[Clinical significance]

Prolonged bleeding time is seen in thrombocytopenia and platelet dysfunction, acute leukemia, scurvy, etc.

3. Coagulation time measurement (CT)

[Normal reference value]

Activation method: 1.14~2.05min; test tube method: 4~12min.

[Clinical significance]

Prolongation is seen in coagulation factor deficiency, anticoagulant substances in the blood circulation, enhanced fibrinolytic activity, and poor thromboplastin generation.

Shortening is seen in hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, cerebral thrombosis, venous thrombosis, etc.

Through the above introduction, we will have some understanding of the examination of hemorrhagic diseases. Before treating the disease, we must have some understanding of the disease so that we know how to check it and how to choose the treatment method. This is very convenient and will not harm your health.
