Is bleeding after sex caused by cervical cancer? What are the early symptoms of cervical cancer?

The female uterus is a place where diseases are common. Perhaps your carelessness or wrong decisions can make it a "time bomb" that threatens your health at any time. In recent years, the incidence of uterine diseases has been rising. Surveys show that uterine diseases account for 1/2 of all gynecological diseases. Cervical cancer is the second killer of women aged 15-44 in the world, second only to breast cancer!

Some time ago, Peking University recruited virgin blood. HPV virus test samples have aroused people's attention to cervical cancer. The incidence of cervical cancer is getting younger and younger, and young patients under 18 are becoming more and more common. What is the cause of cervical cancer? What are the symptoms of cervical cancer? Xiaobian will announce them one by one for you!

Cervical cancer is becoming younger, with most patients being in their 20s!

In the past, cervical cancer mostly occurred in women over 40 years old. Now, the number of young women in their 20s suffering from cervical cancer has increased significantly. Cervical cancer has now become the most common gynecological tumor disease, with many young patients as young as 18 years old.

Cervical cancer is closely related to sexual history. It can also be said that women without a sexual history will basically not develop cervical cancer.

The incidence of cervical cancer is related to premature sexual activity, premature delivery, multiple pregnancies and premature births, sexual dysfunction and viral infection.

If a girl starts having sex before maturity, the partner of her sex life is a carrier of HPV (human papillomavirus), which will infect the immature cervical tissue.

In recent years, the age at which young people have their first sexual intercourse has been significantly advanced, and some sexual partners do not know how to protect themselves and are easily infected with HPV. Therefore, the trend of younger cervical cancer patients is very obvious.

Early symptoms of cervical cancer.

Symptom 1: Contact bleeding.

This is the most prominent symptom of cervical cancer. About 70%-80% of cervical cancer patients have vaginal bleeding. It is mainly manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination, or when defecation is difficult. If elderly women bleed after sexual intercourse, do not always think that it is caused by improper sexual intercourse and ignore the possibility of cervical cancer. If bleeding occurs every time after sexual intercourse, you should pay more attention and seek medical attention in time.

Symptom 2: Irregular vaginal bleeding

Elderly women who have been in menopause for many years suddenly have "menopause" for no reason. The amount of bleeding is often not much, and there is no abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, which are easy to be ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often an early sign of cervical cancer. Many elderly patients come to see a doctor and get early diagnosis and timely treatment. Therefore, the elderly should be highly vigilant.

Symptom 3: Increased vaginal discharge.

Clinically, about 75%-85% of cervical cancer patients have varying degrees of increased vaginal discharge. Most of them show increased leucorrhea, which is later accompanied by changes in odor and color. Increased leucorrhea is caused by cancer stimulation. At first, it has a normal color and odor. Later, due to necrosis and infection of cancer tissue, purulent, rice-soup or bloody leucorrhea will flow out of the vagina.

Symptom 4: In addition to lymph metastasis, symptoms of cervical cancer metastasis are more common in lung metastasis, liver metastasis and bone metastasis, and corresponding symptoms appear.

Symptom 5: Patients with systemic symptoms in the late stage of cervical cancer often have clinical manifestations such as weight loss, anemia, fever, systemic exhaustion, cachexia, etc. in addition to secondary systemic symptoms such as uremia.
