How to treat cervical cancer in its early stage? What are the abnormalities of cervical cancer in its early stage?

Cervical cancer is one of many types of cancer. Its incidence and harm are very high, which will bring great harm to women's lives. Therefore, female friends should find and treat it as soon as possible in order to control the development of the disease in time and cure it early. Let's take a look at the early symptoms of cervical cancer?

What are the specific symptoms of early cervical cancer?

As cervical cancer gradually develops, the tumor gradually increases, and the patient's leucorrhea will also increase. If the cancerous tissue is necrotic and infected, more foul-smelling leucorrhea mixed with blood will be discharged; the symptoms of late-stage cervical cancer increase bleeding, and even fatal bleeding due to erosion of large blood vessels. Local tumors can be vegetables, nodules or ulcers, which are empty when the tumor necrotizes and falls off.

Vaginal bleeding: Early symptoms of cervical cancer include a small amount of bloody leucorrhea and contact vaginal bleeding. Bleeding usually occurs after sexual intercourse, defecation, activity or gynecological examination. In the early stage of cervical cancer, the bleeding is usually small and often stops on its own. For postmenopausal women, vaginal bleeding is often very irregular, usually a little at first and then more, sometimes more and sometimes less. Cauliflower-type cervical cancer bleeds early and the amount is also large. This is also a common early symptom of cervical cancer.

Vaginal discharge: Patients with cervical cancer have increased vaginal discharge, which is white or bloody, thin like water or rice water, and has a fishy smell. If infected with tumor necrosis, there may be pus or rice water.

Pain: It is a symptom of advanced cervical cancer. Patients may experience sciatica or persistent sacroiliac pain; if the tumor compresses or erodes the ureter and blocks it, they may experience low back pain; lymphatic obstruction may cause edema and pain in the lower limbs.

After cervical cancer occurs, early symptoms of cervical cancer may include urinary irritation, frequent urination, and blood in the stool. It may also cause pelvic and lower limb pain and lower limb swelling.

Other symptoms: When advanced cervical cancer invades the bladder, it can cause frequent urination, painful urination, or hematuria, or even vesico-vaginal fistula. If the ureters on both sides are compressed and blocked, it can cause urinary retention and uremia, which is one of the main causes of death. When the cancer spreads backward and compresses or invades the rectum, it often causes urgency, blood in the stool, or difficulty in defecation, and even forms a recto-vaginal fistula.

Cervical cancer prevention measures

Regular examinations are especially important for women with a family history of cervical cancer. Women over 30 should go to the hospital regularly for cervical smear cytology examinations. Generally speaking, young women should have an examination once a year, and young women should have a gynecological examination every two years. As long as we can persist in the general examination, we can detect and treat it early.

2. Marry and have children later, and have fewer and better births. Delaying the age of starting sexual life and reducing the number of births can reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.

3. Actively prevent and treat cervical ulcers and chronic cervicitis. During delivery, pay attention to avoid cervical lacerations. If there are lacerations, they should be repaired in time.

4. Pay attention to sexual and menstrual hygiene. Properly control sexual life. Sexual intercourse is not suitable during menstruation and the postpartum period. Pay attention to the cleanliness of both parties' reproductive organs. It is best to wear condoms and reduce or eliminate multiple sexual partners.
