3. The suppository method is suitable for internal hemorrhoids of all stages. The medicine is made into suppositories and inserted into the anus. It has the effects of reducing swelling, relieving pain and stopping bleeding, such as hemorrhoid suppositories.

2. Ligation Therapy

(1) Indications: Suitable for internal hemorrhoids or the internal hemorrhoidal part of mixed hemorrhoids. Rubber band ligation is suitable for smaller internal hemorrhoids, silk thread ligation is suitable for larger hemorrhoids, and through-ligation is suitable for extra-large hemorrhoids.

(2) Contraindications: Patients with acute abscess or eczema around the anus, acute or chronic diarrhea, patients suffering from abdominal tumors, pregnant women in labor, severe tuberculosis, hypertension, liver, kidney or blood diseases.

3. Injection therapy

(1) Indications: Patients with stage I, II, and III internal hemorrhoids and anemia; patients who are not suitable for surgery for internal hemorrhoids; and the internal hemorrhoids of mixed hemorrhoids.

(2) Contraindications: External hemorrhoids or internal hemorrhoids accompanied by chronic perianal inflammation or diarrhea; internal hemorrhoids accompanied by severe hypertension, liver, kidney and blood diseases; internal hemorrhoids caused by abdominal tumors and pregnant women in labor.
