Place your feet on it when you lie down to sleep. It is best to sleep flat on your back. The swelling in your feet will be gone the next morning. This method is also used with pregnant women. Regularly engage in jogging, cycling, swimming, skipping rope and other exercises, and raise your feet after exercise, which is conducive to the return of venous blood to the heart. When standing, you should often stand on tiptoe and move your heels up and down, or do squat exercises frequently. This can cause strong contraction of the calf muscles and reduce venous blood accumulation.
