Hypertension can be said to be a common disease among people nowadays. It can be said that both the elderly and the young will suffer from the trouble of hypertension. Hypertension actually has a great impact on human health, especially some hypertension in the third stage has an impact on the patient's life and health. Therefore, understanding the symptoms and hazards of hypertension can better prevent and treat hypertension. For some people with high blood pressure, scientific treatment is the best way to reduce the impact of high blood pressure on their lives. So how can we scientifically treat the symptoms of high blood pressure in our lives? I believe everyone is familiar with hypertension, which is a relatively difficult disease to treat worldwide. There is currently no cure for high blood pressure, the only option is to control it. Clinically, hypertension can be divided into three stages based on symptoms. The severity of each stage is different, and the symptoms are also very different. The following introduces the three-stage symptoms of hypertension. The first stage is generally milder and is also the early stage of hypertension, without major symptoms. Increased blood pressure is an indicator and basis for diagnosing hypertension. When it reaches the confirmed hypertension level, and there are no complications of the heart, brain, or kidneys. In the second stage, blood pressure reaches the level of confirmed hypertension, and heart and kidney lesions and symptoms appear, accompanied by left ventricular hypertrophy, retinal artery stenosis, proteinuria or increased creatinine, or one of the above. Fundus examination revealed general or local narrowing of the retinal arteries; physical examination, X-ray, electrocardiogram or ultrasound examination revealed left ventricular hypertrophy; proteinuria and/or plasma creatinine concentration were slightly increased. Stage III: Blood pressure reaches the confirmed hypertension level, accompanied by one of cerebral hemorrhage or hypertensive encephalopathy, left heart failure, renal failure, fundus hemorrhage or oozing, or optic disc edema. Left heart failure; renal failure; cerebrovascular accident or hypertensive encephalopathy; retinal hemorrhage or exudation, with or without optic disc edema; in addition, rapid hypertension (malignant hypertension) refers to the rapid development of the disease, with diastolic blood pressure often persisting above 130 mmHg, and retinal hemorrhage, exudation or papilledema. To sum up, hypertension tends to gradually worsen in the three stages. From the above classification, it can be seen that there is no organ lesion in the first stage, but there is obvious organ function loss in the third stage. The condition has reached a certain degree of severity and will affect life safety if not treated in time. In addition to drug treatment, the most important thing to treat hypertension is to pay attention to diet and exercise regularly. A few things to note about diet: 1. Control heat energy, control the intake of staple foods and fats, and try to eat less or no high-calorie foods such as candies, sweet drinks, and fried foods. 2. Reduce the amount of salt used in cooking and try to eat less salted foods such as pickles. 3. Eat less fatty meat and various animal fats, and control the intake of high-cholesterol foods such as animal brains and fish roe. Try to choose vegetable oils such as soybean oil, peanut oil, and sunflower oil as cooking oil. 4. Eat more vegetables and fruits, especially dark-colored vegetables. 5. Appropriately increase the intake of seafood, such as kelp, seaweed, marine fish, etc. A few things to note when exercising: 1. Take a walk. It can be used by people with all kinds of hypertension. After walking for a long time, diastolic blood pressure can drop significantly and symptoms may improve accordingly. Walking can be done in the morning, evening or before going to bed. It usually takes 15-50 minutes, once or twice a day. The speed can be determined according to each person's physical condition. Going for a walk outdoors in fresh air is a simple and easy exercise method to prevent and treat high blood pressure. 2. Jogging or long-distance running. Jogging and long-distance running require more exercise than walking and are suitable for patients with mild symptoms. The maximum heart rate of a patient with hypertension when jogging can reach 120-136 beats per minute. Long-term exercise can steadily lower blood pressure, stabilize pulse, enhance digestive function and alleviate symptoms. The running time can be gradually increased from a short time to 15 to 30 minutes. Go slow, don't run fast. People with coronary heart disease should not run long distances to avoid accidents. 3. Fitness exercises with health balls. Health ball exercise is a gentle exercise that is suitable for all elderly people. It can be done at any time and anywhere. Rotating the health ball can activate all ten fingers, which can stimulate the circulation of the extremities. Rotating the ball regularly can make the person concentrate and bring beneficial effects on the body from both physical and mental aspects. Several effects of health ball exercise on lowering blood pressure 1. Concentrate your thoughts, relax your mood, and reduce nervous system anxiety, which can help lower blood pressure. 2. Exercising multiple times a day is very good for lowering blood pressure. 3. The amount of exercise with the health ball is appropriate and it is an aerobic exercise. Especially for some elderly friends who have high blood pressure, it will have a great impact on their health. Therefore, developing good living habits, scientific diet, and proper exercise in daily life is the best way to prevent high blood pressure. |
