Health-care exercises Lie on your back, raise your head slightly to chest level, close your eyes slightly, press your tongue against the upper palate, keep your feet together, press one hand on your chest and the other hand on your abdomen, then take a deep abdominal breath, inhale through your nose. The breath should be deep and long, and stop when you lift up the hand pressing the abdomen. Then, exhale slowly and forcefully, while slowly lowering the hands that are pressing your abdomen, without exerting any force with both hands.
