If the physical examination shows that the blood pressure is normal and there is no clear reason for the high blood pressure, then for young people whose low blood pressure is 90-100 mmHg and whose high blood pressure is not high, they can first control their diet, exercise therapy, and improve their lifestyle for 3-6 months. The methods mainly include: 1. Jogging or brisk walking to increase blood circulation and reduce weight; 2. A reasonable diet, less pungent food, and a low-salt diet; 3. Maintaining a psychological balance, relaxing, not staying up late, and reducing stress; 4. Maintaining good living habits, quitting smoking and limiting alcohol. If your blood pressure is not under control for a long time, you should start taking medication as soon as possible.

Third, if the low blood pressure is between 80-90 mmHg, although the low blood pressure does not exceed the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in our country, it has exceeded the diagnostic criteria in the 2017 American AHA Adult Hypertension Guidelines. For this group of people, it is best to adopt diet, exercise and other methods to control or lower blood pressure. It is best to lower the low blood pressure to below 80 mmHg.
