Sunburned and blistered shoulders

Sunburned and blistered shoulders

When people go out, if the sunlight is strong and they do not take good sun protection measures, they are likely to get sunburn and blisters. In this case, some effective measures must be taken to treat the sunburned area to ensure that the skin is not further damaged. So, what methods can be used to treat sunburned blisters on shoulders?

1. Ice compress

After sunburn, go back indoors immediately and apply ice water to the sunburned area for about 15 minutes. It is best to keep alternating the application until the skin feels cool and returns to its original color and temperature.

2. Milk facial mask

Applying ice milk to the sunburned area can quickly relieve the burning and pain after sunburn. When the pain is almost gone, rinse it off with cold water and then apply after-sun repair gel.

3. Use moisturizing gel

Apply a moisturizing lotion containing moisturizing ingredients on your face and gently press your face with your palms to promote the skin's absorption of moisture. After doing this a few times, your skin will regain its original moisturizing ability.

4. Cucumber mask

Cut fresh cucumber into thin slices, soak it in milk, put it in the refrigerator for a while, and then apply it on your face. It can reduce inflammation, calm the nerves, and relieve sunburn.

5. Vitamin E + Vaseline

Buy the most common vitamin E capsules and mix them with vaseline and apply. Vitamin E can provide the skin with the nutrients it needs to help it repair itself and re-establish balance. Vaseline is the base of all cosmetics. It has a single chemical composition, is truly additive-free, mild and non-irritating. If you don’t have Vaseline, you can use ordinary facial cream instead. It is recommended to use a hydrating type, which can simply moisturize the skin and has a single ingredient without any additional irritation.

If the sunburned skin has begun to show uneven fine lines, it is recommended to use an anti-wrinkle cream. It is best not to use whitening products, as they are of little help for sunburned skin and the ingredients are relatively complex and can easily cause further sensitivity. Take three vitamin E capsules each time. After mixing evenly, just apply it lightly. It can be used on a large area, and the rest can be applied on the face and hands. Don't waste nutritious things.
