Malignant lymphoma is a general term for a group of malignant tumors originating from the lymphatic hematopoietic system. Its main clinical manifestation is painless lymphadenopathy, which can affect various tissues and organs throughout the body. Lymphoma patients may experience systemic symptoms such as fever, night sweats, weight loss, and skin itching.

Lymphoma is divided into non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Hodgkin's lymphoma based on pathology, clinical features and prognosis. The pathological feature of HL is the diagnosis of Reed-Sternberg cells in the background of various non-neoplastic inflammatory cell proliferation. In 2008, the World Health Organization classified HL into nodular lymphocytes according to pathological types, including classical, nodular sclerosis, mixed cell type and lymphocyte depletion type. NHL is a general term for a group of heterogeneous lymphocyte abnormal proliferation diseases, and its incidence is much higher than HL. The histopathological characteristics of NHL are the disappearance of lymph node structure, unclear boundaries between cortex and medulla, invasion of lymphatic sinus and lymph follicles or lymph node capsule, diffuse replacement of lymphocytes of different degrees of differentiation throughout the lymph node. According to the natural course of NHL, it can be divided into three clinical types: highly invasive, invasive and indolent lymphoma. According to the origin of lymphocytes, it can be divided into B cell, T cell and natural killer cell lymphoma.

If it is lymphoma, it is relatively malignant! It is relatively high. The surgery has been performed. Considering that it is still necessary to combine clinical symptoms, further radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Otherwise, it may cause recurrence symptoms later.
