3. Levofloxacin Tablets

In addition to sitz baths, patients with perianal abscesses can also choose antibiotic treatment. Levofloxacin tablets are Western medicines and are prescription drugs. It is suitable for systemic infections such as skin tissue infections caused by "intestinal bacteria", and is suitable for symptoms such as perianal abscesses and sepsis.

4. Compound chlorhexidine metronidazole suppository

If the patient does not pay attention in the early stage, depending on the development of the disease, it may cause anal sinusitis, which will eventually lead to perianal abscess. If the patient already has anal sinusitis, this medicine can be chosen. This medicine is mainly suitable for anal diseases, such as anal sinusitis, anal papillitis, etc., and has a good effect in eliminating inflammation. 5. Detoxifying ointment

In addition to suppositories, patients can also choose more convenient plasters. The detoxifying ointment is a prescription medicine, and its main functions are to clear away heat, detoxify, promote blood circulation and reduce swelling. Suitable for treating diseases in the suppurative stage. It also has a good effect on perianal abscess. After heating and softening the medicine, apply it to the affected area and change the dressing every other day. If there is pus, change the dressing once a day.
