What is Medullary Breast Cancer?

Medullary breast cancer is a pathological type of breast cancer, which is relatively rare clinically. Under the microscope, the cancer cells are observed to grow in a syncytial pattern, lacking glandular duct structures, and accompanied by obvious lymphocyte infiltration. The tumor state is generally clear, also known as medullary carcinoma with lymphocyte infiltration. Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor in the respiratory system. These three factors mainly consider the size of breast cancer masses, metastasis to axillary lymph nodes, and distant metastasis.

Can I eat durian while undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer?

For patients with breast malignancies, it is not recommended to eat durian during systemic intravenous chemotherapy. Some patients may experience gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy, such as nausea, vomiting and other symptoms, and some patients may also experience symptoms such as discomfort, fatigue, and anemia. Durian is rich in vitamins and trace elements, which are beneficial to health, so breast cancer patients can eat durian appropriately during chemotherapy, adhere to chemotherapy, eat more high-protein, high-vitamin foods, ensure nutritional balance, and go to the hospital regularly. You can eat it, but it should be moderate, don't eat too much, because gastrointestinal reactions may occur during chemotherapy.

What does permeability of breast cancer mean?

Disease diagnosis: Breast cancer can be divided into permeable breast cancer and non-permeable breast cancer according to the degree of tumor penetration. Permeable breast cancer accounts for a large proportion of breast cancer. There are two main types of permeable breast cancer, permeable ductal carcinoma and permeable lobular carcinoma, which refers to cancer cells penetrating the basement membrane of the mammary duct or lobular acinar and invading the stromal malignancy, which seriously affects the prognosis of breast cancer. These two types of non-special permeable breast cancer grow rapidly, are prone to external invasion and metastasis, and their prognosis is significantly lower than that of permeable special breast cancer. The occurrence of permeable ductal carcinoma is caused by the continuous process of the spectrum of ordinary hyperplasia of ductal epithelium, atypical hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ, and permeable ductal carcinoma.
