If these examinations reveal distant metastasis or local lymph node metastasis, and the patient is not suitable for surgery, then chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy can be used as a comprehensive treatment. However, because gastroscopy is not very popular and the willingness to receive treatment or examination is not very strong, the detection rate of early gastric cancer is low and the treatment effect is poor. Gastroscopy is the best way to detect early gastric cancer.
