Early symptoms of liver cancer B-ultrasound

There are no obvious symptoms in the early stage of liver cancer. As the disease progresses, symptoms such as liver pain, fatigue, loss of appetite, and liver enlargement may occur. The early ultrasound of liver cancer shows unclear boundaries, irregular shapes, and uneven internal echoes. As the liver cancer mass increases, there will be different clinical manifestations. It is mainly manifested in the following aspects. If the liver cancer nodule is less than 3cm in diameter, the capsule can usually be seen intact, while liver cancer with a larger diameter usually has a blurred capsule.

Umbilical application therapy for liver ascites

When moderate or large amounts of ascites occur, in addition to spironolactone and furosemide, diuretics can also be used to treat vasoconstrictive active drugs such as terlipressin and midodrine hydrochloride, and human albumin can be supplemented for treatment while appropriately placing ascites. Pitidine is a diuretic and detumescent drug, but the external treatment effect of ascites caused by liver cancer is poor because ascites caused by liver cancer is caused by the metastasis of malignant tumors. Navel therapy for liver ascites is a common Chinese medicine therapy, which is mainly treated through Chinese medicine acupoints.

The most valuable test for diagnosing liver cancer is

The most valuable test for diagnosing liver cancer is liver biopsy. Liver biopsy can obtain the corresponding tumor tissue pathology through in vitro puncture, and observe immunohistochemistry and fiberoscopy, which can be used as the most valuable test for primary liver cancer. The clinical diagnosis of liver cancer can be made through the patient's history of chronic viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, alcoholism, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, or family history of liver cancer. The detection of serum markers for liver cancer, including serum alpha-fetoprotein, is relatively specific for the diagnosis of this disease. Generally speaking, the clinical diagnosis of liver cancer can be considered when the radioimmunoassay continuously measures serum levels greater than 400/L, and about 30% of liver cancer patients are negative. The most valuable test for diagnosing liver cancer is chest CT examination.
