2 Liver Qi stagnation type: enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, and groin, normal skin color, cannot be moved when pushed, no pain or itching, accompanied by irritability, chest tightness, swelling in the flanks, weakness, thin tongue coating or ecchymosis, and stringy or slippery pulse.

3. Liver and kidney yin deficiency: fever in the five hearts, hot flashes in the afternoon, weak waist, knees and legs, fatigue, weight loss, swollen lymph nodes in multiple places, red tongue, thin tongue coating, deep and thin or small and stringy pulse.

4. Weak spleen: swelling and nodules on the neck, weakness in the limbs, pale complexion, poor appetite, shortness of breath, thin and greasy tongue coating, and weak and thready pulse.
