Early symptoms and precursors of liver cancer

The early symptoms and precursors of liver cancer mainly include gastrointestinal symptoms, pain in the liver area, fever and chills, weight loss, and other symptoms.

1. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Patients in the early stage may have gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, upper abdominal fullness and diarrhea, which are usually caused by pathological changes in the liver leading to increased venous system pressure and gastrointestinal dysfunction.

2. Pain in the liver area: This is also a common symptom of early liver cancer. The pain is mainly located in the right rib or under the xiphoid process. 4. Weight loss: Liver cancer patients may experience significant weight loss in a short period of time due to gastrointestinal discomfort.

5. Other symptoms: Some patients may experience bleeding gums, nose bleeding, general fatigue, jaundice, dry mouth, and a lump in the right upper abdomen.
