Total T cells are high

An increase in lymphocytes is usually related to viral infection and immune diseases. Routine blood tests generally do not distinguish between B or T lymphocytes.

B lymphocytes are generally involved in humoral immunity.

When B lymphocytes are activated by antigen stimulation or lymphokine stimulation, they will proliferate in large numbers and differentiate into effector B cells and memory B cells. After being stimulated, memory B cells can directly proliferate and differentiate into effector B cells

Effector B cells (plasma cells) are generated from B lymphocytes or memory B cells and can secrete antibodies to perform immune functions.
