2. Generally speaking, the size of lung nodules should be considered. If the size is less than 0.5 cm, there is generally no major problem. It is a benign nodule, not lung cancer, and requires regular follow-up. Generally, a lung CT scan is performed every 3 to 6 months to observe whether the nodule has changed. If a larger nodule is found during a regular follow-up, such as more than 1 cm or more than doubled in a short-term follow-up, it is necessary to pay attention, as it may be a malignant lesion, and in this case, it may be lung cancer.

3. If pathological examination is possible, try to take pathology. If it is not convenient to take pathology, it is necessary to consider nodules larger than 1 cm to determine the nature of postoperative pathology. If the benign nodule recovers well after surgery, there is no problem. If it is a disgusting nodule, that is, after lung cancer surgery, further anti-tumor treatment is required. It is recommended that patients pay more attention to rest and not overwork.
