Fibroids usually form hard nodules locally, grow slowly, and most patients do not have obvious discomfort symptoms. If the fibroids do not affect the appearance or cause discomfort, they may not even need to be treated, just observe them regularly. However, if treatment is required, minimally invasive excision is a common method, and a biopsy is usually required after surgery to ensure that there is no malignant tumor.

Patients with fibroids should maintain a balanced diet, eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains rich in fiber, such as broccoli, spinach, apples, bananas, brown rice, oats, etc., and avoid excessive intake of high-fat, high-sugar and high-salt foods, such as mustard tuber, bacon, chocolate, cake, fried meat, fried dough sticks, etc. At the same time, moderate intake of foods containing high-quality protein such as fish, lean meat and beans can help maintain normal body functions.
