Is Tibetan medicine better or Chinese medicine better

In today's society, when people encounter medical problems, they will definitely find that some diseases can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine because traditional Chinese medicine has no side effects. However, some people often suffer from serious diseases, so the choice of drug treatment requires different requirements based on the conditions of different groups of people. So no matter which kind of medicine is used for treatment, we should pay attention to treating the symptoms with the right medicine. So is Tibetan medicine better or Chinese medicine better?

Traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine are both indispensable parts of the Chinese nation's medical treasure house. In theory, they have similarities as well as differences. Traditional Chinese medicine is a dualism, and its pharmacology is based on four elements and five flavors. Tibetan medicine is very different from traditional Chinese medicine, so Tibetan medicine is also quite unique.

The theory of Tibetan medicine mainly focuses on the growth, nature, taste, efficacy and five sources (water, earth, fire, wind and space) of drugs. In addition, the nature, taste and efficacy are the theoretical basis for clinical drug use. There are six kinds of flavors in Tibetan medicine: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent, among which bitter taste has the best medicinal effect. The uniqueness of Rudi Da Tibetan medicine is that the whole herb is generally used as medicine (the entire herb is used as medicine), and it is dried in the shade, so its highly effective medicinal ingredients are not destroyed. In addition, since Tibetan medicine generally grows on snow-capped peaks at an altitude of more than 3,800 meters, the medicine is not contaminated, and the effective ingredients of the medicine are not interfered with or destroyed by other substances, so its efficacy is faster than that of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, the biggest feature of Tibetan medicine in treating diseases is that it goes straight into the lesion, directly inhibits the virus, and treats the body from the root.

The collection of Tibetan medicine is also different from that of Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is collected according to the season, while Tibetan medicine is collected when the content of its active ingredients is the highest. The whole herb should generally be collected when the plant is growing most vigorously, so its medicinal effect is the highest when used as medicine, and therefore it is extremely effective in treating diseases.
