Clinical manifestations of prostate cancer

Clinical manifestations of prostate cancer

Prostate cancer has become more and more common in recent years. Most patients with prostate cancer have had repeated episodes of prostatitis before. However, repeated episodes of prostatitis are not the direct cause of prostate cancer, but repeated inflammation still causes damage to the prostate. When I was young, I often had social events for work. I not only drank a lot, but also smoked constantly. I don’t know if prostate cancer is related to these. But no matter what causes prostate cancer, what symptoms will appear after the onset of the disease?

1. The symptoms of prostate cancer are not as mild as those of general prostate diseases, but they are somewhat similar to those of general prostate diseases. After the onset of prostate cancer, the patient will have pain in the waist, sacrum, and buttocks. Pelvic and sciatica are very common, and sometimes the pain is unbearable. Prostate cancer will also cause urination problems like general prostate diseases. Difficulty urinating and increased urination time are common symptoms. Frequent urination, urgency, and pain will always exist. It's just that some are more serious.

2. Systemic symptoms are also abnormal manifestations caused by prostate cancer. Because of the severe pain, the diet, sleep and spirit of prostate cancer patients are affected. Over time, the body will gradually become weak, emaciated and weak, and anemia may occur in severe cases. It will also gradually cause renal failure.

3. In fact, metastasis is a common problem of malignant tumors. It is normal for prostate cancer to metastasize. Metastasis is also very common in prostate cancer patients. Nearly half of patients will have symptoms of lymph node metastasis, which mostly occurs in the bones, waist, groin and other parts. After metastasis, it will cause swollen lymph nodes in the corresponding parts, and swelling of the lower limbs is also a common manifestation.

4. In addition to bone metastasis, spinal metastasis is also a symptom of advanced prostate cancer. At this time, the tumor invades the spinal cord, which will cause nerve compression, and severe cases will cause paralysis of the patient. If prostate cancer invades the bottom of the bladder or pelvic lymph nodes, ureteral obstruction will occur. Not only will there be symptoms of oliguria, but the lower back and back will also be painful, and nausea and vomiting will also exist. Prostate cancer is usually not accompanied by hematuria and hematospermia, but if hematuria and hematospermia occur, you have to go to the relevant parts for examination, which is generally not a manifestation of prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer occurs due to many reasons. Although active prevention of the causes will reduce the chance of prostate cancer, regular physical examinations are still necessary to detect the disease as early as possible, which is especially beneficial for timely control of the disease.
