There will be a series of symptoms in the late stage of ovarian cancer. What are the symptoms of late stage ovarian cancer? The main symptoms are as follows: A small number of ovarian cancer patients may have varying degrees of tenderness or nipple discharge in the early stage. The ovarian cancer mass grows rapidly. The breast may have "orange peel-like" changes, the skin on the surface of the tumor is sunken, the nipple is biased towards the direction of the tumor, and the nipple is inverted.

1. Sex hormone secretion disorder: If it is a functional tumor, it may produce corresponding symptoms of excessive estrogen or androgen, such as menstrual disorder, vaginal bleeding or signs of masculinization; if both ovaries are destroyed by cancerous tissue, it may cause menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, and postmenopausal vaginal bleeding.

2. Pain is one of the symptoms of late-stage ovarian cancer: Malignant ovarian cancer may cause a considerable degree of persistent distension and pain due to changes within the tumor, such as rapid growth of hemorrhage and necrosis, or local tenderness during examination, which are symptoms of late-stage ovarian cancer.

In the late stage of ovarian cancer, symptoms of lymph node metastasis may occur, such as swollen ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes, and the number of swollen lymph nodes continues to increase, and they adhere to each other to form a mass. A few patients may have contralateral axillary lymph node metastasis. In the middle and late stages of ovarian cancer, patients may develop "tumor loss of appetite cachexia syndrome." Loss of appetite is both the cause of cachexia and a symptom of cachexia in the late stage of ovarian cancer.
