When the lymph nodes are obviously enlarged, compressing the blood vessels and blocking the lymph return of the lower limbs, symptoms of swelling of the lower limbs and scrotum will appear.

3. Tumor rupture: Tumor rupture and bleeding may occur when prostate cancer metastasizes extensively.

4. Bone pain: About 60% of patients with advanced prostate cancer may experience bone pain, which is common in the waist, sacrum, buttocks, hip pelvis. Bone pain has different manifestations. Some patients may experience continuous pain, while others may experience intermittent pain.

5. Systemic symptoms: Due to long-term torture, patients with advanced prostate cancer become increasingly weak and may experience fatigue, weight loss, emaciation, fatigue, body pain and other symptoms, and eventually suffer from systemic failure and cachexia.

6. Spinal metastasis: Advanced prostate cancer with spinal metastasis can invade the spinal cord and cause nerve compression, which can cause paralysis in severe cases.

Gradually compressing the prostate urethra, urination disorders may occur, manifested as progressive dysuria, frequent urination, urgency, pain, and a feeling of incomplete urination. In severe cases, urine dripping and urine retention may occur.
