3 However, the main CT manifestation of prostate cancer is that the cancer lesions will appear as low-density areas with little enhancement during enhanced scanning, the capsule will appear irregular, and the fat around the prostate gland will disappear. If the seminal vesicles are invaded by cancer cells, the seminal vesicle boundaries will be blurred, the bladder-seminal vesicle angle will disappear, or the seminal vesicles will be enlarged. Of course, prostate puncture biopsy can also be performed as a method to confirm prostate cancer.
