What are the early symptoms of liver cancer patients? Pay attention to these early manifestations of liver cancer

Patients with a history of hepatitis who suddenly experience body-wide joint pain, especially in the waist and back, accompanied by decreased appetite and discomfort in the liver area, have been given anti-rheumatic treatment but have not responded well.

Liver cancer is a disease that poses a great threat to the patient's life, but the symptoms are not obvious in the early stages, and many patients cannot detect it in time. By the time they can feel it, it is usually more serious. There is currently no complete cure for the disease. What we can do is to understand the early symptoms of the disease, detect the disease early, treat it early, and provide early care.

Liver pain. There may be persistent or intermittent pain in the liver area, which may sometimes be aggravated by changes in body position. It may radiate to the back or right shoulder. Advanced liver cancer may suddenly cause severe abdominal pain and peritoneal irritation, which may be caused by necrosis of the tumor nodules or bleeding into the abdominal cavity. All of the above are early symptoms of liver cancer.

Enlarged liver, enlarged spleen, and fever. The enlarged liver is often hard and irregular in surface, with nodules of varying sizes on the edge. Splenic metastasis is very rare in patients with liver cancer and cirrhosis. Giant liver cancer can sometimes deform the liver, making it difficult to distinguish during palpation. Splenomegaly occurs most of the time. Fever is quite common in patients with liver cancer, which may be caused by ischemic necrosis of cancer tissue, absorption of necrotic products, and concurrent infection. 90% of liver cancers have enlarged liver.

Joint pain: Patients with a history of hepatitis may suddenly experience joint pain all over the body, especially in the lower back and back, accompanied by decreased appetite and discomfort in the liver area. If anti-rheumatic treatment is not effective, they should be alert to the occurrence of liver cancer.

Although the early symptoms of liver cancer are not obvious, you can still discover these abnormalities if you pay attention to changes in your body. Especially those who suffer from hepatitis should be more careful about the worsening of the disease. They should mainly eat light foods and be careful not to overeat, drink too much, etc.
