Take out some rice grains and store them in the refrigerator. 11. Filter with 200# nylon bag. 12. Continue to ferment for a few days to mature. 13. Find pressure-resistant PET bottles for cola and other products for packaging and remove the sediment. 14. Leave the bottled rice wine for another day, remove the sediment, and store it with a lid. 15. Pay attention to the pressure inside the bottle to prevent it from exploding, and release the air at the right time. 16. When the pressure is not too great, mix with acidulants, sweeteners and flavoring agents. 17. Re-pack the Coke bottles and pressurize them to a similar pressure to that of Coke and refrigerate. 18.
