This type of cancer is highly malignant, grows rapidly, and will metastasize extensively to the blood and lymph nodes in the early stages of the disease. It is more sensitive to radiation and chemotherapy and has the worst prognosis.

3. Adenocarcinoma: Among the symptoms of different types of lung cancer, this type of disease mostly originates from the bronchial mucosal epithelium, and only in a few cases does it originate from the large bronchial mucous glands. The incidence of this disease is lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma, and the age of onset is younger and more common in the female population. The most common is peripheral lung cancer. In the early stage of the disease, there are generally no obvious clinical symptoms, and it is often discovered during a chest X-ray examination. Hematogenous metastasis occurs earlier, while lymphatic metastasis occurs later.

It has the lowest incidence rate among all types of lung cancer and is more common in women.
