The human urethra is the channel through which the human body discharges urine. The human urethra should be a very neat tube. If the urethra is damaged, it will cause great harm to the human body, because if urine cannot be discharged, toxins will accumulate in the body, causing more diseases. 1. Causes of bifurcated urine

1. 2. Treatment and Prevention

1. General treatment: Enhance confidence, eliminate mental worries, and control sexual desire, but forced abstinence is not advisable. Avoid alcohol and irritating foods, take a hot water sitz bath once a night, apply local physical therapy, and change obvious triggering factors in your life such as avoiding long periods of cycling.

2. Prostate massage: Regular prostate massage can promote the discharge of prostate inflammatory secretions. It should be done once a week. At the same time, routine examination of prostate fluid can also be performed to evaluate the treatment effect.

3. Drug infusion: insert a special balloon catheter through the urethra, inject sterile saline into the prostatic urethra and aspirate several times to absorb the purulent secretions, then inject antibiotics once a week.

4. Urethral dilation: For those with urethral stenosis or obstruction, regular urinary dilation is performed to facilitate excretion. When the bougie passes through the urethra, it can stretch the prostate opening, which is beneficial for gland drainage.
