I often hear people talk about breast lumps, but do you really understand that if you want to prevent breast diseases, you must do a good job of breast self-examination. Since Yao Beina died of breast cancer recurrence, many women have talked about the color changes of cancer and quickly touched the breasts for self-examination to see if they are abnormal. So, is the breast lump breast cancer? In fact, breast lumps are a common breast symptom, and many benign diseases will also manifest as breast lumps and lumps. Once you find a lump or lump in your breast, don't scare yourself and think that you have such a dangerous disease as breast cancer. You should first find a doctor to find out what disease the lump comes from, benign or malignant. 1. Most lumps decrease with the increase of menstrual period, which may be breast hyperplasia. The lumps caused by breast hyperplasia are irregular in shape, in the form of flakes, nodules or strips, with unclear boundaries, no adhesion to the skin, and increase or decrease with the menstrual cycle, often accompanied by breast pain or tingling. 2. The lump is easy to be pushed, or breast fibroadenoma. Breast fibroadenoma is the most common benign breast tumor, common in young women, one or both breasts, mostly single, round or oval, slow growth, clear boundaries, easy to push, no adhesion between the mass and the skin. 3. Fibrocystic breast disease has a greater risk of causing masses. Cystic breast hyperplasia is characterized by cysts formed by highly dilated mammary lobular ducts and terminal ducts, accompanied by malformed breast structure. Compared with ordinary breast hyperplasia, breast hyperplasia caused by fibrocystic breast disease coexists with atypical hyperplasia, has the risk of malignant changes, should be regarded as precancerous lesions, and should be taken seriously. 4. The hard mass grows fast and is not easy to push, so be alert to breast cancer. It is a painless single mass in the early stage of breast cancer, which grows fast, has an uneven surface, a hard texture, unclear boundaries, and is not easy to push. When the mass grows, it will adhere to the skin. If orange peel signs such as nipple retraction appear at the same time, the breast is contracted and fixed on the chest wall, or even ulcerated, it is likely to be breast cancer. Once a woman finds a lump in her breast, no matter how big or how big it is, she should go to the gynecology department for examination in time. Even if it is not a malignant lesion, she should follow the doctor for intervention in time. How do women check their breasts? 1. Carefully observe the appearance, size, changes in skin color or nipple color, whether there is eczema on the breast, whether there are convex marks on the skin, differences in nipple height, and whether there is fluid or blood flowing out of the nipple on each side of the breast. If there are obvious changes in the breast, you need to pay attention. 2. Raise one arm to see if the other breast is raised like normal. Check whether the combination of the upper part of the breast and the armpit is abnormal. 3. Raise both hands above your head, turn your body to one side, and observe the side of the breast repeatedly. Observe the other side in the same way. Place both hands steadily on your hips, press the chest muscles hard, and then observe whether there are different lines on the breast (such as foreign body protrusions). 4. Lean your upper body forward and continue to look for convex marks or wrinkles on the skin, changes in the outline of the breast, or contraction of the nipple. 5. Touch the breast first, then the armpit, and use the middle and index finger pulps to fully examine the breast in one direction. 6. Place your right arm under your head, and the breast tissue under your arm will move to the center of your chest. Use your left hand to check if there is a lump in your right breast. Use a little force when touching it, so that your hand is closer to the breast tissue and easier to touch. Check the left breast. If your breasts are too large, you can put a pillow under your left shoulder. |
