When it comes to breast cancer, all female friends ignore it. The incidence of breast cancer is very high. Once a woman does not take good care of her body, it is easy to cause breast cancer. What should we do to prevent breast cancer? 1. The harm of breast cancer to women's health A small number of breast cancer patients may have varying degrees of pain or nipple overflow in the early stage. It can cause the skin on the surface of the tumor to sink, the nipple to deviate to the direction of the tumor, and the nipple to sink inward. Advanced breast cancer can be complicated by a series of other symptoms through lymphatic metastasis and remote metastasis. Breast cancer patients appear in the middle and late stages of "tumor loss of appetite-cachexia syndrome". Loss of appetite is not only the cause of cachexia, but also the clinical manifestation of cachexia. Symptoms such as loss of appetite, anorexia, weight loss, fatigue, anemia, and fever may occur, and severe cases may cause life-threatening. Lymphatic metastasis may occur in the late stage of breast cancer, the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes are swollen, the number of swollen lymph nodes continues to increase, and they adhere to each other. A few patients may have contralateral axillary lymph node metastasis. Breast cancer can also be remotely metastatic in the later stage. Breast cancer will metastasize to the lungs, and symptoms such as chest pain, pleural effusion, and shortness of breath will occur. Spinal metastasis can cause severe pain or even paraplegia, and liver metastasis can cause jaundice and liver swelling. 2. Four measures to prevent breast cancer 1. Exercise regularly How should female friends prevent breast cancer? Women in the workplace are the main incidence of breast cancer. Recently, a research report published by the National Cancer Society of the United States pointed out that exercise can reduce the incidence of breast cancer in women before and after menopause by 60%. A Norwegian research institute surveyed 25,624 women and found that women who exercised at least 4 hours a week had a 37% lower chance of developing breast cancer. 2. Control weight Appropriate exercise can effectively prevent breast cancer. The fundamental reason is that it can control weight gain. A research report from Harvard University showed that women who gained weight rapidly after the age of 18 were almost twice as likely to gain weight after menopause as those who maintained a standard weight for a long time. 3. Don't drink alcohol American experts believe that if you drink alcohol once a day, your risk of breast cancer will increase by 11%. Drink twice a day, the risk is 24%; if you drink more than twice a day, the risk will increase to 40%. Therefore, it is recommended that women who like to drink should not drink more than 3 times a week, and the amount should be stopped appropriately. 4. Take vitamin D The latest research results show that vitamin D has the effect of preventing breast cancer. Studies have found that women who take 200 international units of vitamin D per day (including vitamin D milk powder) have a 30% lower risk of breast cancer. Therefore, doctors recommend that women aged 50 and under take at least 200 international units of vitamin D per day; women over 50 are better off taking 400 to 600 international units of vitamin D per day. |
