How should women prevent cervical cancer? Common methods for preventing cervical cancer

What women fear most is cervical cancer, especially women who don't have children. If they have cervical cancer, they won't have their own children. How can women prevent cervical cancer?

1. Avoid sitting for long periods of time:

One of the causes of cervical cancer is sitting for a long time. Office women should exercise more and avoid sitting in a chair for a long time.

Actively participate in cervical screening:

It is entirely possible for women who are currently sexually active to detect cervical lesions early by undergoing regular gynecological examinations and using effective screening methods under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Pathological examination confirmed:

When the doctor suspects cervical lesions and the cytology examination is abnormal, he needs to bite the cervical lesion with biopsy forceps under direct vision or under a colposcope, and one or more points of tissue can be taken for pathological examination.

4. Be familiar with the early symptoms of cervical cancer:

Contact vaginal bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding, postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, unclean menstruation, increased leucorrhea, odor, etc. may be early signs of cervical cancer. Once such symptoms occur, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible for gynecological examination, cytology, colposcopy, cervical biopsy and other related examinations.

5. Don’t take cervicitis lightly:

Cervicitis is a common disease in women. Patients often experience increased vaginal discharge with odor, vaginal and vulvar itching, etc. Some patients also experience a small amount of contact vaginal bleeding.

6. Do not refuse cervical examination during pregnancy:

Pregnant women also develop cervical cancer or precancerous lesions from time to time. Patients or doctors often attribute vaginal bleeding during pregnancy to threatened abortion, miscarriage or placenta previa, worrying that colposcopy will have adverse effects on the pregnancy, and therefore unnecessary examination of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, leading to delayed diagnosis.
