What are the hazards of cervical cancer to women? Can early cervical cancer really be cured?

Once the disease has a serious impact on the patient's health and life, the biggest harm of the disease is that it may lead to death. However, people don't know much about the harm of these cervical cancers, so they don't pay attention to how to prevent cervical cancer. So what are the specific harms of cervical cancer?

Cervical cancer is harmful to women

1. Fatal damage to the uterus: The function of the uterus is to provide an environment for the development and growth of fertilized eggs. However, when treating cervical cancer, the uterus sometimes has to be cut off for various reasons to protect life. On the other hand, it ruthlessly deprives women of their rights as mothers, which makes most female friends feel very uncomfortable and even fall into despair.

2. This disease can directly lead to infertility: The main reason for the connection between cervical cancer and infertility is that cervicitis "contains bacteria" leucorrhea and the alkaline environment of the vagina are not conducive to the survival and movement of sperm. Cervicitis is also a cause of miscarriage. Cervicitis can change tissues, reduce elasticity, and make the delivery process not smooth; severe cervicitis can also affect sexual life. It is worth reminding that long-term or long-term treatment of cervicitis is considered a factor in cervical cancer.

3. It will cause direct harm to the patient's mental health: This harm cannot be ignored, because the disease makes women feel unprecedented depression, unable to face life and work correctly, which greatly affects their mental health.

4. It can cause lesions in multiple parts of the patient's body: After cervical cancer patients become ill, the disease will directly cause waist and abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and foul-smelling leucorrhea, which is the most direct manifestation. In addition, the difference in the recurrence site also leads to differences in details. For example, lumps will appear in the lower abdomen or pelvic wall, and the lower limbs will be edematous. Patients may experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, and hematuria. At the same time, coughing, chest tightness and rectal bleeding will also follow.

Can early cervical cancer be cured?

Early cervical cancer tumors are small and have not spread or metastasized. The five-year survival rate after treatment is still relatively high. Early treatment of cervical cancer generally uses radiotherapy and surgery, and the treatment is supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine (such as ginsenoside Rh2). Surgical treatment is mainly used to treat early patients with cervical cancer, and radiotherapy is mainly for patients in the middle and late stages. Radiotherapy is suitable for various infiltrative cervical cancers, early cancers, and carcinoma in situ that are not suitable for surgery. Standardized radiotherapy for cervical cancer includes external radiotherapy and intracavitary radiotherapy to form a reasonable dose distribution in the tumor area. The patient is still young, and radiotherapy Rh2 should be performed at the same time to reduce toxic side effects and promote the body to recover as soon as possible. In principle, early surgical treatment of cervical cancer is limited to early patients, that is, carcinoma in situ, stage I and stage IIA patients. Radiotherapy above IIA is the first choice for patients with poor surgical results.
