Which part should be scraped to relieve internal heat

There are many acupuncture points on the human body, and the effects of massaging different acupuncture points will be different. In life, in order to relieve fatigue and expel dampness and toxins, people often choose scraping. There are many parts for scraping, and the parts for scraping will be adjusted according to different symptoms. As the weather gets colder and the air becomes dry, it is easy to get angry, so people think of scraping to improve it. So which part should be scraped for getting angry?

The key to scraping to remove heat is to see where the "fire" is. Different parts have different manifestations of "fire", and the acupoints to be scraped are also different. For example: Stomach fire is mainly manifested by dry mouth, bitter mouth, and bad breath. Lung fire manifests as sore throat, cough and other throat discomfort. Liver fire manifests as irritability and bloodshot eyes. Heart fire manifests as fever in the five hearts, dry throat, dry mouth, and mouth and tongue ulcers.

1. To remove lung fire: Use the Quchi point. The Quchi point is located at the end of the horizontal line on the outside of the elbow joint. Bend your elbow, with your forearm and upper arm at right angles. Press the end of the horizontal line at the elbow and you will feel a tingling sensation.

2. To relieve stomach fire: Use the Neiting point, which is located in the depression between the second and third toes.

3. To relieve liver fire: Press the Taichong point, which is located on the dorsum of the foot, at the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones. Move your fingers upward along the gap between the big toe and the second toe and press. You can feel the artery where you touch, which is the Taichong point. When the liver fire is strong, pressing this point can calm the liver and suppress yang, promote qi circulation and relieve depression, activate blood circulation and remove stasis, clear the liver and promote bile secretion.

Although scraping can relieve internal heat to a certain extent, it is only an auxiliary means. For those with mild internal heat, it will have an immediate effect. If you have internal heat for a long time, it will take more than one day to relieve it immediately. It requires scraping many times. In addition, you should also pay attention to your daily eating habits and avoid eating spicy, irritating foods.
