Lung cancer is the number one killer among cancers in my country, with the highest incidence and death toll. 1. Age

Lung cancer is rare in people under 40 years old, but it often occurs in people over 50 years old. We must admit that as we age, our cells will inevitably be damaged. As our body's immunity declines, the probability of getting sick will naturally increase.

However, age is only one of the influencing factors. It is not the case that you will definitely get cancer when you are older. Lung cancer is also closely related to many bad lifestyle habits. If we can change these habits, we can also help us stay away from lung cancer.

2. Secondhand smoke

Whether at home or in the workplace, passive inhalation of secondhand smoke will increase the probability of cancer. Women who are keen on frying, deep-frying and stir-frying have a higher risk of lung cancer than those who cook. During frying, the oil temperature is high, which will produce some carcinogens (such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dust particles, etc.).

4. Air pollution

First of all, it is still difficult to clearly determine the relationship between lung cancer and smog. Various studies only tell us that lung cancer is related to smog, but how big is this correlation? No authoritative research has given a clear conclusion. In fact, compared with smoking or even cooking, smog is not the main cause of lung cancer.

Of course, we still need to prevent smog. If you stay indoors, you can buy an air purifier. If you go out, you can wear an anti-smog mask.

5. Radon
