In fact, Chinese medicine can also achieve good results in the treatment of gliomas. We can use Chinese medicine for treatment. Next, let’s take a look at how Chinese medicine can treat gliomas. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the formation of brain tumors is related to qi deficiency and blood stasis, cold and heat, and emotional depression. The main pathogenesis is: insufficient vital energy, dysfunction of the internal organs, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm coagulation and poison accumulation, toxic heat accumulation, forming a mass called cancer or tumor. Brain tumor syndromes can be roughly divided into four types 1. Toxic heat accumulation type: The evil heat is stagnant and cannot be transformed. It burns the internal organs and produces toxins over time, forming lumps. Symptoms: fever, body pain, dry mouth and tongue, headache, dry stool, yellow urine, local redness and swelling, burning and tenderness, stringy and rapid pulse, yellow tongue coating. Suitable: Heat-clearing and detoxification method with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction plus or minus. 2. Phlegm-coagulation and toxicity accumulation type: Dysfunction of spleen and lung, inappropriate yang, inability to transform water and dampness, inability to distribute body fluids, abnormal ascending and descending, condensation into phlegm, accumulation of phlegm and dampness, attachment to the internal organs to form genital tumors, and accumulation on the body surface may be scrofula. Symptoms: scrofula with phlegm nodules, nameless swellings, no itching or pain, breast masses, wheezing, coughing, sputum, vomiting and sputum, phlegm masses in autumn, hard and difficult to transform, greasy fur and slippery pulse, dark tongue. Treatment: softening and dispersing the nodules, with Kunzao Erchen Decoction and Xiaoluo Pills. 3. Qi stagnation and blood stasis type: Qi stagnation and poor blood circulation lead to qi stagnation and blood stasis. The stasis will form accumulation of phlegm and masses over time. Symptoms include: stabbing pain in the chest and flanks, fullness in the abdomen, pain in a fixed location, hard lumps, dry stool, astringent urine, purple tongue with ecchymosis, and deep and stringy pulse. Treatment should be: blood circulation and blood stasis removal method: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and other modifications. 4. Yin and Yang imbalance type: Various reasons lead to insufficient qi and blood, liver and kidney yin deficiency, spleen and stomach dysfunction, and weak yang, which can all cause dysfunction of the internal organs, stagnation of pathogenic factors and the formation of tumors. Treatment: Strengthening the body and consolidating the foundation. Commonly used: Ginseng Guipi Pills, Qiju Dihuang Pills, etc. with modifications. |
