Testicular cancer is one of the common tumors in urology, and it is almost always malignant. Generally, nausea, vomiting, and poor mental state will occur. Testicular cancer is a terrible male disease, but if it is treated early, it will not be life-threatening. So can exercise be used for testicular cancer? Let's take a closer look.

The most common symptom is a gradual, painless enlargement of the testicles with a feeling of heaviness. The enlarged testicles of seminoma often maintain the testicular contour and have a consistent texture, while teratoma is nodular and has inconsistent hardness and softness. About 10% of patients feel pain due to intratesticular bleeding or infarction, and 10% of patients may have metastatic symptoms, such as large retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis, compression of nerve roots, back pain, lung metastasis may cause cough and dyspnea, duodenal metastasis may cause anorexia, nausea and vomiting, bone metastasis may cause bone pain, etc. Testicular Leydig cell tumor should be considered when children have testicular masses and symptoms of precocious puberty, or adults have gynecomastia and loss of libido.

The treatment of testicular tumors is divided into surgical treatment, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The basic surgical method is orchiectomy and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. Radiotherapy is extremely sensitive to seminoma, embryonal carcinoma and malignant teratoma are less sensitive to radiation, and choriocarcinoma is extremely insensitive to radiation. Testicular tumors respond well to chemotherapy. It is generally believed that chemotherapy has a better effect on seminoma, embryonal carcinoma and choriocarcinoma, especially when several drugs are used in combination, the effect is better. It is less effective for teratoma. Chemotherapy also has a certain effect on advanced or recurrent cases.

Testicular cancer has nothing to do with exercise, so it is not clear whether exercise can treat testicular cancer. The testicles are an important part of men's sexual organs. They are responsible for secreting the male hormone testosterone and sperm, and are the reproductive factory of human reproduction. The testicles, which appear fragile, can actually be strengthened through exercise.

1. Gold Cold Method

The most ideal way to exercise the testicles is the cold water method. This is a method that has been passed down since ancient times and is recognized as the most effective. The testicles can only move in low temperatures. Just let the scrotum contact the outside air three times a day and massage the testicles with your hands to promote blood circulation. Then, before sexual intercourse, soak the testicles in cold water for about five to ten minutes, which can exercise the testicles and improve sexual function.

2. Hot and cold method

This is a very old exercise method to enhance male sexual function. When using alternating hot and cold water bath, it is best to get out of the bathtub after the bathtub is fully warmed up, apply cold water to the genitals, wait for about 3 minutes, and then enter the bathtub after the penis and scrotum shrink. Repeat this 3-5 times and you can end it. If you can insist on doing "alternating bath" every day, it can make middle-aged and older men energetic, enhance sexual function, and reduce fatigue. The effect of using a shower head for the "alternating hot and cold water bath" remains the same.

3. Air Cooling Method

Sleeping under a blanket is not a good sleeping state for the testicles. As mentioned earlier, the best temperature for the testicles to produce sperm and male hormones is slightly lower than body temperature, so if the scrotum cannot dissipate heat well, it will affect testicular function.

When the testicles should be performing important activities, they are trapped in the stuffiness of the quilt, which is very bad for the testicles. In fact, the solution is very simple. That is to expose the scrotum to cooler air during sleep so that the scrotum can be well ventilated and heat-dissipated. For young people, this "air cooling method" exercise is far more convenient and effective than the "hot and cold method" exercise.

After exercising with the above methods, and developing good exercise habits, you will find that the testicles will continuously secrete testosterone to meet your daily needs, and these are the prerequisites for enjoying a good life.
