Does a sagging belly mean pregnancy?

Abdominal prolapse is also a relatively common medical condition at present. There are different types of manifestations and the impact is also very large. Therefore, everyone needs to choose the appropriate method of conditioning according to their physical condition so that they can recover faster. The question of whether the lower abdominal prolapse is a sign of pregnancy is also of great concern. How should it be conditioned and treated so that it can get better?

What causes lower abdominal pain?

Lower abdominal pain and heaviness is very common in clinical practice. It has been recorded that it is more common in women. Lower abdominal pain and heaviness is generally caused by sagging of internal organs or other reasons. This causes local gas to move out of its original position, resulting in pain.

If the pain is particularly severe, timely treatment can be sought. It can also be adjusted in accordance with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Generally speaking, traditional Chinese medicine mostly considers that it is due to spleen deficiency, failure of clear yang to rise, and turbid yin to descend, which leads to lower abdominal pain. In addition, blood loss and heaviness can also cause pain in the lower abdomen. Commonly selected prescriptions such as Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, Dang Gui Shao Yao, etc. have good therapeutic effects.

Fetus Introduction

The fetus grows and develops very quickly in the mother's body. In the first 8 weeks of pregnancy, the fertilized egg develops from a single cell into a formed human body with 200 million cells. This period is called an embryo; after 8 weeks of pregnancy, it is called a fetus. At 6 weeks of pregnancy, the embryo's spine and brain begin to form, and the heart begins to beat. B-ultrasound can measure the activity of the embryo and heart. At this time, the pregnant woman may have early pregnancy reactions. After 7 weeks, limbs begin to form.

After 8 weeks, the embryo has eyes but no face or external auditory canal; the embryo begins to move, but the pregnant woman cannot feel it yet. At 12 weeks, the fetus is about 7 cm long and weighs 20 grams. It has a human shape and its head appears larger than other parts of the body. The fetal heart rate can be heard using a Doppler stethoscope. The fundus of the uterus can be felt above the pubic symphysis through the abdomen.

Mitigation methods

1. Lie down and get enough rest. When you feel like vomiting, you might as well lie down. This method can effectively relieve morning sickness. You can also use a pregnancy pillow to protect your back and stomach and ensure a good night's sleep.

2. Eat small and frequent meals. Eating a small amount in the morning can prevent nausea and vomiting. Keep some nutritious and appetizing snacks around you so that you can eat whenever you feel hungry. This method can reduce morning sickness.

3. Eat more original foods. In the early stages of pregnancy, you can eat more foods rich in carbohydrates, such as soda crackers, bananas, etc. In addition, white rice, plain yogurt, lemonade, watermelon, etc. can also reduce morning sickness. Avoid fatty, greasy, spicy, and fried foods, which can irritate your already fragile digestive system.

5. Eat a snack. Place some simple snacks such as cookies by your bed. When you wake up, eat a few cookies and rest for 20-30 minutes before getting up. If you wake up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous, you can also eat some cookies to relieve the pain.
