How to make the body alkaline

Generally speaking, human physiques are divided into two types, one is acidic physique and the other is alkaline physique. People with acidic physiques need to make certain adjustments to their bodies, because people with acidic physiques are prone to various problems. There are certain methods to improve an acidic physique into an alkaline physique. Here I will introduce to you how to adjust your body to be alkaline.

1. Drink less synthetic beverages

Many people like to drink beer, cola, or buy some other beverages to drink. In fact, these are the culprits of acidic physique. Therefore, we must drink less synthetic beverages in our daily life and drink more boiled water, or other healthy teas.

2. Eat more of the following fruits

Apples, bananas, coconuts, black currants, oranges, tomatoes, etc. are all alkaline fruits. We must eat more of these healthy fruits in our diet. On the one hand, they supplement the vitamins needed by the human body, and on the other hand, they help ourselves to become alkaline physiques and reduce the possibility of illness.

3. Eat more of the following vegetables

Eat more alkaline vegetables, such as tofu, peas, soybeans, mung beans, rapeseed, celery, sweet potatoes, lotus roots, onions, eggplants, pumpkins, mushrooms, radishes, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, celery, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, potatoes, konjac, kelp, seaweed, citrus fruits, watermelon, grapes, bananas, apples, pears, strawberries, chestnuts, persimmons, milk, wine, etc. In life, we should eat more of these vegetables and reduce the intake of junk fast food to help ourselves complete the transformation and transition of our physical condition as quickly as possible.

4. Make sure you don’t overwork yourself

In life and work, we must pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and avoid overwork. If our body is overly tired, it will easily cause health problems and it will not be conducive to the formation of an alkaline constitution. It is best to go to bed early and get up early, and not stay up late. Developing reasonable work and rest habits is the key to changing your alkaline constitution.

5. Don’t smoke or drink

Smoking and drinking are the main causes of poor health and are very bad lifestyle habits. We must quit smoking and drinking, develop healthy lifestyle habits, participate in more sports, and do more meaningful things instead of wasting time smoking, drinking and chatting. Only in this way can we get our bodies in good shape as soon as possible.
