3. Cold and dampness stagnation

Main symptoms: dull pain or bloating in the right flank, obvious mass in the right upper abdomen, dark jaundice, poor appetite and abdominal distension, or loose stools, fatigue, chills, pale tongue with greasy coating, and a soft and slow pulse.

4. Spleen Yang Deficiency

Main symptoms: Emaciation, dull pain in the right flank, palpable mass, yellow body and eyes, dull yellow color, dull skin, fatigue, chills, weak limbs, poor appetite and insomnia, loose stools, pale tongue with greasy coating, and thready or moist pulse.
