4. Put the sweet potato puree mixed with sugar into a bowl, add the cooked cream and milk mixture in small amounts several times. After each addition, stir it clockwise with chopsticks to mix it evenly, and then add the next time. Mix all the milk and sweet potato puree evenly.

5. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, be careful not to beat to the state of bubbles, and then slowly add it to the sweet potato mash.

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread pan in order;

2. Select the "Standard Bread" program, dark brown, weight 900g, no fruit topping, and start the bread machine;

4. Mix well and make sweet potato filling for later use;

5. When the program just enters the baking stage, take out the dough, deflate it and roll it into a rectangle, then spread a layer of sweet potato filling in the middle;

6. Fold both sides in half, slightly open, and spread a layer of sweet potato filling;

7. Take out the mixing knife, roll up the dough, close the top and put it back into the bread bucket. Brush a layer of egg wash for the last 10 minutes.

8. When the program is finished, take the bread out of the bread pan immediately, let it cool and then slice it.
