Symptoms before death from endometrial cancer

Symptoms before death from endometrial cancer

With the development of society, the incidence of endometrial cancer is getting higher and higher. Many people are diagnosed with endometrial cancer only in the late stages. In fact, female friends should understand the signs of death before late-stage endometrial cancer, which plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of cancer.

Symptom 1. Long-term continuous estrogen stimulation of the endometrium without progesterone antagonism may cause endometrial hyperplasia and cancer. There may also be late-stage symptoms of endometrial cancer. Due to systemic factors, endometrial cancer is prone to occur in obese, hypertensive, diabetic, infertile or sterile and menopausal women. Due to genetic factors, about 20% of endometrial cancer patients have a family history.

Symptom 2: The patient can touch the enlarged uterus and/or adjacent tissues and organs in the lower abdomen, which may cause swelling and pain in the lower limb on that side, or compress the ureter to cause hydronephrosis or renal atrophy on that side, or symptoms of systemic failure such as anemia, weight loss, fever, cachexia, etc. Endometrial cancer occurs at a relatively late age, and it seems unlikely to be complicated by pregnancy, but there have been individual cases of complicated pregnancy or tubal pregnancy reported in the literature.

Symptom 3: The symptoms of late-stage endometrial cancer are more obvious and severe than those of early-stage endometrial cancer, such as obvious bleeding, heavy bleeding and long duration. Endometrial cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, also known as uterine body cancer, and its incidence rate is second only to cervical cancer. The true cause of endometrial cancer is still not very clear, but it is related to obesity, diabetes, hypertension, etc. The symptoms of late-stage endometrial cancer include irregular vaginal bleeding and increased vaginal discharge. Adenocarcinoma grows in the uterine cavity and has relatively few chances of infection. At first, there may be a small amount of bloody leucorrhea, but as the tumor grows, the tumor stimulates infection and necrosis, and the endometrial cancer tissue falls off, resulting in increased secretions with a foul odor, and sometimes the discharge is mixed with small fragments of cancer tissue.

Symptom 4: In the late stage of endometrial cancer, the tumor compresses the nerves, causing pain in the lumbar sacral region, lower abdomen, and lower limbs. The uterine shape changes. In the late stage of endometrial cancer, the uterus enlarges and softens. This is also a description of the symptoms of late-stage endometrial cancer. As a woman, it is necessary to pay attention to your menstrual changes and the characteristics of vaginal discharge at any time, and to do regular gynecological examinations. Irregular non-contact vaginal bleeding cannot be simply classified as irregular menstruation. It is not until the symptoms of late-stage endometrial cancer appear that you regret it.

Before dying, patients with advanced cancer are almost in a cachectic state, extremely emaciated, skinny, and unable to eat on their own. Their eye sockets are sunken, their eyes are dull, and finally they are in a coma. The state of each patient with advanced cancer is different, but there are certain similarities in terms of physiology and pathology. First, they are no longer conscious, and second, they are extremely weak and rely on infusions to maintain their lives. In severe cases, they may suffer from respiratory failure.

Patients with advanced endometrial cancer will show signs of "dehydration" before they die. Their mouths will be open, their hands will be loose, they will not respond to calls, and they will also have incontinence. Finally, their pupils will be dilated and unable to focus, their forehead wrinkles will disappear, and their faces will be gray. When this happens, you should pay attention to the patient because he or she is at the stage of dying.
